The silicon carbide cyclone is characterized in that the inner wall layer can adopt the whole silicon carbide layer, so that the surface of the inner wall layer in the cavity is very smooth without any dislocation and gap, so as to completely avoid the sticking gap between the ceramic pieces, so as to eliminate the problem of wear through between the cracks or the ceramic chip falling off。

In addition, the Rockwell hardness of silicon carbide is 95, while that of ceramic chip is 88. Therefore, the wear resistance of silicon carbide is much higher than that of ceramic chip/tiles.

According to the field application, the service life of the cyclone with integral SiC parts is 3-5 times longer than that of the cyclone with ceramic lining. It has the advantages of high machining accuracy, high working efficiency, long service life and high sorting grade.
