Ama-nozzle e-Silicon carbide (SiC) Burner

1. Yenzelwe Izindawo Ezinoketshezi Olukhulu

2. Ukulawula Ukugeleza Okunembile Kwezinqubo Ezibucayi
Ezinhlelweni zokusebenza ezifuna ukunemba kwezinga le-micron, ama-nozzle e-SiC aletha ukuthembeka okungenakuqhathaniswa:
(1)I-Stable Orifice Geometry: Gcina amazinga okugeleza anembile kanye namaphethini okufafaza ngisho nangemva kokuchayeka isikhathi eside ezindaweni ezishisa kakhulu eziyi-1500°C+, ngokungafani nezinsimbi ezigobile noma ezenziwe ngobumba eziwohlokayo.

(3)Ukubekezelela Ukucindezela Okuphezulu: Imelana nokucindezela kwamanzi okudlula i-500 MPa, ilungele ukusika i-waterjet noma ukuqhutshwa kwendiza.
3. Ukuvumela Ukushiswa Okusebenza Kakhulu
Ama-nozzle e-SiC abaluleke kakhulu ekwenzeni ngcono izinhlelo zokushisa ezisebenzisa amandla amaningi:
(1)Ukuqina Komlilo: Umklamo omelana nokushisa uqinisekisa ukuxubana komoya nophethiloli okufanayo kuma-turbine egesi noma ezishisi zezimboni, okunciphisa izindawo ezishisayo kanye nokukhishwa kwe-NOx.
(2)Ukuguquguquka Kwamafutha: Kuhambisana ne-hydrogen, ama-biofuel, noma amafutha asindayo, okusekela ukushintshela emithonjeni yamandla esimeme.
(3)Ukusebenza Kahle Kokushisa: Nciphisa ukulahleka kokushisa ezindongeni ngenxa yokushisa okuphezulu kwe-SiC, uthuthukise ukusebenza kahle kwegumbi lokusha ngamaphesenti afinyelela ku-15%.
