Ishubhu yokuvikela ye-silicon carbide
Ezimbonini lapho izimo ezimbi kakhulu zisongela khona ubuqotho bemishini,amashubhu okuvikela e-silicon carbide (SiC)kuvela njengesixazululo esiyingqayizivele. Ngokungafani nezinto zokuvikela ezivamile, amashubhu e-SiC ahlanganisa isayensi yezinto ezithuthukisiwe nobunjiniyela obuqinile ukuvikela amathuluzi nezinqubo ezibalulekile. Inezinzuzo ezilandelayo:
1. Ukuvikelwa Okungalingani Ezimweni Ezinobutha
Amashubhu okuvikela e-SiC asebenza njengomugqa wokuqala wokuzivikela ezindaweni lapho ukwehluleka kungeyona inketho:
(1)Ukuzivikela Kokushisa: Imelana namazinga okushisa ahlala isikhathi eside afinyelela ku-1600°C, izinzwa zokuvikela, ama-thermocouple, noma ama-probe avela ezinsimbini ezincibilikisiwe, amalangabi, kanye ne-plasma.
(2)Ukungavikeleki Kwamakhemikhali: Ukumelana nokugqwala okuvela kuma-asidi (isb. i-sulfuric, i-hydrochloric), ama-alkali, namagesi asabelayo njenge-chlorine noma i-sulfur oxides.

2. Ukunemba Nokuzinza Kwezilinganiso Ezibucayi

3. Ukunika amandla ubuchwepheshe besizukulwane esilandelayo amashubhu okuvikela e-SiC avula izinto ezintsha emikhakheni ekhulayo:
(1)Umnotho we-Hydrogen: Usebenza njengezivikelo eziqinile zezinzwa ekukhiqizweni kwe-hydrogen, isitoreji, kanye namaseli kaphethiloli, okumelana nokuqhekeka kanye nokuvezwa kwe-H₂ enomfutho ophezulu.

4. Ukonga Izindleko Ngokusebenzisa Isikhathi Eside
Nakuba amashubhu e-SiC enezindleko eziphezulu kusengaphambili, izinzuzo zomjikelezo wawo wokuphila zichaza kabusha inani:
(1)Isikhathi Sokungasebenzi Esincishisiwe: Izindlela zokukhipha insimbi noma i-quartz ngo-4–6x ezindaweni ezirhabaxa noma ezine-asidi, okunciphisa ukulungiswa okungahleliwe.
(2)Izidingo Zokumboza Okungavimbeli: Ngokungafani nezinsimbi ezidinga ukumbozwa okuvikelayo, izakhiwo ze-SiC ezingokwemvelo zisusa izindleko zokwelashwa kwendawo eziphindaphindayo.

5. Ukwenza ngokwezifiso izidingo ezikhethekile
Amashubhu okuvikela e-SiC avumelana nezinselele ze-niche ngobunjiniyela obulungiselelwe wena:
(1)Imiklamo ye-Hybrid: Hlanganisa nezinsimbi noma izinto zobumba ukuze kuhlanganiswe izinto eziningi (isib. izixhumi ezinezintambo, ama-flange).
(2)Ukuguqulwa Kobuso: Ingaphakathi elicwebezelisiwe lezinhlelo zokusebenza zokukhanya noma ingaphandle elinobunjwa ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukushabalaliswa kokushisa.
(3)Usayizi Ukuguquguquka: Kwenziwe ngamamilimitha (ama-reactor esikalini selabhorethri) kuya kumamitha (ama-kiln ezimboni).
6. Ukuqondanisa Ukuzinza
Amashubhu e-SiC asekela imikhuba yezimboni enobungani nemvelo:
(1)Ukonga Amandla: Ukusebenza kahle kokushisa kunciphisa ukusetshenziswa kukaphethiloli wesithando ngo-20% uma kuqhathaniswa nezihlangu zensimbi.
