The basic principle of desulphurizing nozzle dust removal is to separate dust particles from the atmosphere or smoke 

Firstly, the dust particles are wetted with a spray of water to increase the particle size and specific gravity. The dust particles will then separate from the atmosphere or the flue gas. When the desulfurization nozzle is broken, we need to take the nozzle down. The specific operation is as follows:
1) the standby parts or spare parts should be properly kept: General suppliers have special packaging and labeling, that is, they should be placed without use. The removed desulfurizing nozzles should be soaked in oil (gasoline, diesel oil, etc.) to prevent rust.
2) When there is a fault about desulfurization nozzle in use, the nozzle inspection needs to be broken down. Users must use special tools or suitable tools to disassemble and decompose assembly relationship step by step.
3) The removed nozzles should be installed immediately on the nozzle test bench instead of any treatment. According to the prescribed working pressure, flow characteristics, spray angle detection and spray quality observation are carried out. This can be resolved when troubleshooting.

Oxidation resistance of desulphurizing nozzles
When silicon carbide material is heated to 1300 degrees in air, silicon dioxide protective layer is formed on the surface of silicon carbide crystal. The thickening of the protective layer prevents the internal silicon carbide from continuing to oxidize. This makes the silicon carbide have good oxidation resistance. When the temperature is above 1900K (1627 C), the silica protective film is destroyed. At this point, the oxidation of silicon carbide is aggravated. Therefore, 1900K is the highest working temperature of silicon carbide in oxidizing atmosphere.

Acid and alkaline resistance of desulphurizing nozzles:
In the aspect of acid resistance, alkali resistance and oxidation, the function of silicon dioxide protective film can enhance the acid resistance and alkali resistance of silicon carbide.
